2. Eligibility

To participate in our competition, both parents/guardians and children must meet the following requirements:

• Parents/guardians must be at least 18 years old and create an account.
• Children participants must be between 1-12 years old
• Participants must reside in a country where the competition is available
• Only one account per parent/guardian is allowed

3. Registration and Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Competition Rules

The competition will be conducted as follows:

• The competition consists of multiple stages
• Participants must achieve the required number of votes to advance
• Votes can be purchased through our designated online payment gateway or via offline bank transfer.
• The price per vote and available vote packages are displayed on the participant's profile page.
• All votes are final and non-refundable
• Votes purchased for a participant apply only to the current active stage of the competition.
• The decision of Firstcoast Kids is final in all matters relating to the competition, including disqualification for rule violations.

5. Voting and Payments

By purchasing votes, you agree to:

• Pay the specified amount for each vote or vote package
• Provide accurate payment information
• For offline payments, you agree to upload a valid and clear proof of payment for verification by our administrators. Votes will only be credited upon successful verification.
• Accept that all votes are final and non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting content (including but not limited to photos, videos, and text) to our platform, you:

• Grant Firstcoast Kids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with the competition and for promotional purposes.
• Confirm you have the right to share the content
• Allow us to use participant names, images, and biographical information for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Retain ownership of your original content

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems or bots to vote
• Create multiple accounts for a single parent/guardian to manipulate voting
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass other participants or users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent activities
• Modify or terminate the competition at our discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

Firstcoast Kids shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors or interruptions in service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
